Information about the tickets to the World Championships in Madrid 2018.
According to the information provided in the 1st Bulletin for the upcoming World Championships, that will be held from the 6th to the 11th of November, the sale of the tickets will start next April 2nd through the online system of a specialised multinational company.
To this regard and taking into account that these Championships are organised directly by the WKF, we offer to all National Federations the possibility of acquiring the number of tickets desired in exclusive under special conditions in respect to the general sale.
The deadline for this exclusive sale to the NFs will be next 26th of March. From that date on, the purchase of the tickets will only be possible through the online system, with the official price and according to availability.
The special conditions for the NFs are subject to three main concepts:
- Price: 20€ discount on the official prices
- Location: The early and exclusive sale will facilitate the option to choose the location within the Wizink Center.
- Number of tickets: There is no limit on the number of tickets (the general sale will be limited to 6 tickets per sale)
The seats on the WIzInk Center are numbered. Therefore, the package options: 6 days or 2 days finals, will always have the same location.
The process for the exclusive acquisition of the ticket is reserved only for the National Federations and it will be carried out strictly following the instructions on the attached form.
